摘要
金属微滴三维打印成形技术是一种新的快速分层制造方法,为了获取零件模型的离散化层面数据,实现零件的分层打印制造。依据金属微滴三维打印成形工艺原理,利用Visual C++6.0和Open GL,在Windows XP平台上,开发出面向金属微滴三维打印成形工艺的数据处理软件。利用该软件得到的成形数据信息,以Sn60/Pb40合金为试验材料,在280℃喷射温度、100k Pa喷射压力和200μm熔滴直径下,进行了打印沉积试验,打印成形结果与零件模型吻合较好,验证了数据处理软件的可行性,为金属微滴三维打印成形技术的发展奠定了基础。
Metal micro-droplet 3D printing is a novel rapid layered manufacturing method. In order to obtain discrete layered data and achieve part layered printing, a forming data software was developed by tLsing Visual C++6.0 and OpenGL according to the principle of metal micro-droplet 3D printing. A experiment is carried out using 200μm Sn60/PM0 droplest, under 280℃ and 100kPa injection pressure. The experimental results are in a good accordance with the 3D model of part, validating the correctness and feasibility of the forming data software. The work lays foundation for the development and application of metal micro-droplet 3D printing.
