摘要
为满足油田长水平段(>500 m)及超长水平段(>1 500 m)水平井动态监测测井的井下仪器输送需要,着重介绍了牵引器输送、挠性管输送和水力输送等3种测井仪器井下输送新工艺技术,阐述了新工艺技术在油田套管水平井动态监测中的应用情况。应用结果表明,牵引器输送法可以完成固井质量检测、硼中子寿命测井找水、氧活化水流找水、井温及电磁探伤、陀螺测斜等测井项目,是目前水平井动态监测测井的最佳输送方式,但其对井眼条件要求较高,测井前需要彻底清洗井筒;水力输送法施工工艺简单,成本低,因此适用于水平井及大斜度井找水,但易对油层造成污染,且输送距离较短,测量项目很有限;挠性管输送法适用于小直径套管井或裸眼井,能完成过油管动态监测测井作业,但受井下仪器串质量的限制,水平测量井段较短。建议用户根据不同区块的地质特点、测井目的、仪器组合状态和自身优势选择输送方法。
In order to meet the requirement of logging tools conveyance for horizontal well dynamic monitoring in long ( 〉 500 m) and ultra-long ( 〉 1 500 m) horizontal section, three advanced downhole conveyance for logging are introduced, including tractor, coiled tubing and hydraulic conveyance. The application of tractor-conveyed logging and hydraulic-conveyed logging for dynamic monitoring of cased horizontal wells are illustrated. The results show that the tractor-conveyed method could complete the tasks like cementing quality inspection, boron neutron lifetime logging and oxygen activation logging to find water, well temperature logging, electromagnetic defect detection and gyroscopic survey, making it as the best conveyance method currently for dynamic monitoring of horizontal wells. But its high requirement for borehole conditions requires the well be thoroughly cleaned before logging. The hydraulic conveyance operation is simple and low cost, which makes it suitable for highly deviated wells and horizontal wells to find water, but it is prone to damage formation and the short conveyance distance limits the logging items. Coiled tubing conveyance is suitable for through-tubing dynamic monitoring in small diameter cased hole or open hole. But the quality of the downhole tool string usually limits the logging length of horizontal well section. It is proposed that users select conveyance method according to the target block' s geological characteristics, logging purposes and the instruments' composite state and advantages.
