摘要
继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进(SHPT)已经成为慢性肾脏病(CKD)最严重的并发症,也是影响患者生活质量及存活期的重要因素,所以完善的检查、全面的评估、合适的治疗方法的选择及疗效的监测显得更为重要。本文就超声在SHPT诊断中的优势及进展进行介绍。
Secondary hyperparathyroidism （SHPT） has become the most serious complication of chronic kidney disease （CKD）. It is also an important factor that affects the patient＇s life quality and survival time. So the perfect examination, comprehensive evaluation, the selection of appropriate therapies and therapeutic monitoring are more important. The advantage and development of ultrasound in the diagnosis of SHPT were introduced in this paper.
