冠心病患者血清Hcy和Cys C水平的变化 被引量:18

摘要 冠心病(coronary heart disease,CHD)是指冠状动脉粥样硬化使管腔狭窄或阻塞,或/和冠状动脉痉挛,导致心肌缺血、缺氧或坏死而引起的心脏病。高浓度的同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)会对血管内壁造成损伤,促进血栓形成,在冠状动脉粥样硬化病变化中起着重要作用[1]。血清半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C(cystatin C,Cys C)以恒定速率释放入血,完全从肾小球滤过,在肾小管中几乎全被吸收,上皮细胞将其完全分解代谢。Cys C既不返回血液循环,也不分泌至肾小管,只经肾脏排除,且参与一些心血管疾病的发生、发展。我们通过测定CHD患者Hcy、Cys C及血脂水平,探讨Hcy、Cys C在CHD中的变化。
