摘要
                
                    利用有限元软件ANSYS对中空吹塑机下模板进行有限元分析,找出下模板的最大应力区与最大变形值,为减少变形,在优化分析的基础上对下模板结构进行改进设计。新结构的分析结果显示,在体积减小的情况下,其最大变形和最大应力值都比原结构有所减小。
                
                The stress and strain of the lower template in hollow blow molding machine are analyzed by using the finite elements analysis software ANSYS, the maximum stress area and maximum deformation value of the lower template are found out.To re-duce distortion, the structure of the lower template is improved and design based on the optimization analysis.The results of the new structure show that the maximum deformation and the maximum stress value have declined comparing with the original structure when the volume was reduced.
