摘要
城市首位度是衡量一个城市优势度、贡献度和牵引度的重要指标,代表着该城市在所属地区的实力和地位。因此,对南宁首位度进行实证分析,指出南宁在工业首位度、收入首位度、和谐首位度、全域首位度方面还存在差距,提出加快产业结构调整,提高经济总量首位度;完善城市功能,提高城市综合承载力;加强科技与人才工作,提高竞争力;推动文化与旅游融合发展,增强软实力等应对措施。
Urban primacy ratio is a key index for measurement of a city in terms of its dominance, contribution and traction, representing the position and strength of the city in its districts. Presently, Nanning Municipal Committee decided to make great efforts to increase its urban primacy ratio in Guangxi＇s economic and social development. Accordingly, an empirical analysis is conducted on urban primacy ratio of Nanning, indicating that there is a gap in Nanning in terms of industrial primacy ratio, revenue primacy ratio, harmony primacy ratio and global primacy ratio. A series of countermeasures are presented in an effort to tackle the present situation. Namely, efforts should be made to accelerate industrial restructuring so as to increase the primacy of economic aggregate, improve urban function so as to improve the comprehensive bearing capacity of the city, strengthen science and technology and talents development so as to enhance urban competitiveness, promote integrative development of culture and tourism so as to consolidate the soft power.
