摘要
抑郁症是一种常见的心理性精神疾病,以高发病率、高复发率、高自杀致残率为临床特征,严重威胁着人类的健康,但其病因、发病机制尚不清楚。本文根据中医理论及多年的临床实践认识,对抑郁症的病因病机进行探析,认为脏气虚弱、情志不遂乃发病基础,气郁血亏、形神颓废为病变表现特点,肝郁脾虚、心神失养乃主要病机。
Depression is a common psychological mental disease. It is distinguished by high morbidity,recurrence rate and high disability rate by suicide in the clinical field which brings serious threat to human health. But the etiology and the mechanism of the disease has not been very clear at the moment. According to the understanding of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and years of clinical practice,this thesis has sought the etiology and pathogenesis of depression. We considered the weakness of visceral-qi and failure of sentiment as the pathogenesis of depression.The obstruction of the circulation of vital energy,suffering from anemia and the decadence of the body and the spirit are thought to be the features of the pathology. The stagnation of liver-QI with deficiency of the spleen and lack of preservation of spirit are believed to be the main pathogenesis of depression.
