摘要
目的:探讨布地奈德在耳鼻疾病中的临床治疗效果。方法:对我院治疗的80例耳鼻疾病患者入院资料进行分析,将患者根据入院时间顺序分为两组。对照组采用常规方法治疗,实验组采用常规方法联合布地奈德治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果:实验组患者治疗总有效率为95%,高于对照组85%(P<0.05);实验组患者对我院治疗满意度达到95%,高于对照组65%;实验组有1例患者出现并发症(2.5%),低于对照组7.5%(P<0.05);患者治疗后实验组患者住院(2.6±0.4)天,短于对照组(5.0±1.2)天(P<0.05)。结论:临床上,采用常规治疗联合布地奈德治疗耳鼻疾病效果较好,患者治疗后临床症状明显改善,值得推广使用。
Objective：To explore and discuss the clinical curative efficacy of budesonide in the treatment of ear and nose problems. Methods： Analyzed the clinical data of 80 patients with ear and nose problems who received treatment in our hospital. Divided the 80 patients into two groups according to their admission time. The control group was treated with conventional method. The experimental group was treated with conventional method and budesonide. The clinical curative efficacy of the two groups were compared. Result：The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95%which was higher than that （85%） of the control group（P〈0.05）. The satisfaction rate of patients in the experimental group to our hospital was 95% which was higher than that of the control group（65%）. 1 patient in the experimental group had complication, so the complication rate of the experimental group was 2.5%which was lower than that （7.5%） of the control group（P〈0.05）. Patients in the experimental group were hospitalized for 2.6±0.4 days which was shorter than that （5.0±1.2 days） of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：In clinical, treating ear and nose problems with conventional method and budesonide has good effect. After treatment, the clinical symptoms of the patients were significantly improved. The method is worth promoting.
