摘要
目的:探讨临床药师在药疹诊断中的方法与作用。方法:临床药师依据循证药学证据对1例23岁脑外伤术后患者在治疗过程中出现药疹的情况进行分析。结果:临床药师通过对患者既往用药史及过敏史调查,依据药疹发生的一般规律,判断药疹与醒脑静注射液的相关性。结论:临床药师通过掌握药疹的鉴别与处理,弥补非专科医师对药疹诊断知识欠缺的不足,临床药师协助医师可以有效地为患者制定合理的用药方案。
Objective：To explore the methods and function of clinical pharmacists in the diagnosis of drug eruption.Methods：Drug eruption was appeared in the treatment process of a 23-year-old postoperative patient with traumatic brain injury.The analysis was carried out by clinical pharmacists according to evidence-based pharmacy.Results：Through the survey of the patient medical history and history of allergies,combined with the general rules of drug eruption,clinical pharmacists found the correlation of drug eruption and Xingnaojing injections.Conclusion：Clinical pharmacists who master the identification and treatment of drug eruption can make up for the knowledge lack of physician and help make rational drug regimen.
