摘要
采用棉用活性染料同浴法对羊毛及竹原纤维染色,探讨了染色温度、两性离子表面活性剂、碱剂用量、盐用量等因素对染色同色性的影响。通过测定上染百分率及K/S值,获得羊毛/竹原纤维混合散纤维同浴上染的最佳染色工艺为:浴比1∶30,平平加O质量浓度0.3 g/L,Na2SO4质量浓度40 g/L,pH值5.6,70℃入染,染色40 min,降温至60℃加碱固色,固色40 min。采用该工艺对羊毛及竹原纤维进行染色能获得良好的同色性和染色牢度。两性离子表面活性剂的加入有助于染料对羊毛的上染。
Reactive dyes for cotton were applied in wool/bamboo blended loose fibers dyeing in one bath. The effects of the dyeing temperature, zwitterlonic surfactant, alkali agent and salt dosage on the union dyeing were discussed. Through the measurement of exhaustion percentage and K/S value, the optimum dyeing process of the wool/bamboo blend loose fibers was determined : bath ratio 1 : 30, Peregal 0 0. 3 g/L, sodium sulfate 40 g/L, pH value 5.6, 70 ℃ dyeing for 40 minutes, then cooling to 60 ℃ and alkaline was added to fix color for 40 minutes. The results showed that the dyed wool and bamboo fibers featured excellent union dyeing ability and color fastness. Zwitterionic surfactant was helpful to dye the wool.
