摘要
智慧城市是城市化和信息化发展到一定阶段的产物,是城市发展的主要趋势。首先在梳理智慧城市的提出背景与概念的基础上,给出了对其内涵的理解;归纳总结了智慧城市的特征和涉及的关键技术,指出了智慧城市建设的重要意义;简要介绍了国外智慧城市建设情况,具体分析了我国智慧城市发展呈现的特征以及存在的问题;最后,针对我国智慧城市建设现状,给出了推进我国智慧城市健康有序发展的措施与建议。
Smart City is a product of urbanization and informatization, a main trend of city development. The understanding of the connotation of Smart City based on analysis of its background and concepts are provided, the characteristics and key technologies are summarized, and the significance of constructing smart cities is pointed out. Then, the current development of Smart Cities in foreign countries is introduced, and the characteristics and existing problems of Smart City construction in our country are analyzed in detail. Finally, some measures and suggestions on promoting healthy and orderly development of Smart City in China are given.
