摘要
海藻活性物质是指含有植物生长所必需营养成分,如胺类、细胞色素C、吲哚类化合物等植物生长物质,作为肥料、农药、植物生长调节剂等越来越多地应用于农业领域。该试验以马尾藻为研究对象,通过物理、化学、生物等不同提取方法获得其活性物质,以天然海藻植物激素总量作为评价指标,并施用于大豆的整个生长周期。经田间试验证明,不同提取方法获得的海藻活性物质对大豆生长有显著性差异。
Seaweed active substances refer to the plant growth substances that contain necessary nutrition ingredients,such as ammonia,cell pigment C,IAA . It has been applied more and more often as fertilizer,agrichemicals and PGR(plant growth regulator) in agriculture field . This experiment used Sargassum as study subject,extract the active substances through physical,chemical and biological methods. Set the total contents of natural seaweed plant hormones as assessment criteria,and apply throughout the entire growing period of soybean. The field experiment proved that a significant variation of application effect on soybean growth existed among seaweed active substances extracted by different methods.
