巨峰一年两收栽培模式下的钙素营养动态分析 被引量:5

摘要 【目的】研究一年两收栽培模式下巨峰葡萄叶柄和果实钙素营养含量及其动态变化规律,为广西葡萄钙素营养调控提供理论依据。【方法】分别在巨峰葡萄夏果和冬果的不同生育阶段,对叶柄、果实进行采样,测定其钙含量,并结合果实发育动态,分析其钙素营养动态变化规律。【结果】一年两收巨峰葡萄夏果从盛花期到采收期,叶柄钙含量为2.06%-4.55%,整体上呈增长趋势,前期上升较缓慢,后期上升较迅速;果实发育期间,钙含量为1.14%~0.08%,整体上呈下降趋势,前期急速下降,后期下降较缓慢,下降幅度最大的时期为4月22-28日,与幼果迅速膨大期吻合。冬果的叶柄和果实钙含量动态变化趋势与夏果相似,但钙含量低于同期夏果。【结论】巨峰葡萄在一年两收栽培模式下,夏果盛花期至采收期叶片生长需大量吸收、积累钙素营养,果实发育期容易缺钙,在夏果采收后及冬果幼果迅速膨大期需增施钙肥。 [Objective]Calcium content and dynamic of petiole and berry of Kyoho grape under double cropping were studied to provide theoretical references for grape calcium regulation in Guangxi. [ Method ]Samples of the petiole and berry at different growth stages were collected. Calcium contents were measured and calcium dynamics were analyzed combining with changes of berry development. [ Result ] From flowering stage to harvesting stage of summer fruit of Kyoho grape, cal- cium content in the petiole was from 2.06% to 4.55% presenting an increasing trend with slow growth first and rapid growth later. At berry growth stage, the content was from 1.14% to 0.08% showing a downward trend with dramatic decrease first and slow decrease later. The largest decline period was from April 22 to 28, consistent with the berry expansion period. Dynamic calcium change trend of petiole and berry of winter fruit was similar to that of summer fruit, but its calcium con- tent was lower than that of summer fruit of the same period. [ Conclusion ] Under double cropping of Kyoho grape, leaf growth entails a large number of calcium from flowering to harvest stage and calcium deficiency is frequent in berry development period, therefore additional calcium fertilizers should be applied after summer harvest and during winter berry expansion period.
