摘要
文章以减少挖掘机回转启动溢流损失为目的,在分析挖掘机回转系统的基础上,建立回转液压系统的数学模型及AMESim仿真模型,并利用实验验证仿真模型的正确性。对挖掘机回转系统进行仿真分析,结果表明回转启动过程溢流损失较大。针对回转启动时泵的输出流量大于回转马达所需的流量提出了改进方案,优化后,回转启动溢流损失减小80%,具有较好的节能效果。
In order to decrease the overflow loss of the hydraulic excavator when it began to rotate, the mathematical model and AMESim model of the slewing system were built and verified by the experiments. And the simulation analysis of the excavator slewing system was conducted. The results show that the rotary starting overflow loss is large. According to the fact that the pump output flow tended to be larger than the desired flow of swing motor when the excavator began to rotate, an improved plan was proposed. The simulation results show that the optimized plan has better energy saving effect with the rotary starting overflow loss being reduced by 80%.
