近水平煤层大采高综放开采冒落带高度研究 被引量:11

Study on Caving Zone Height of Large Mining Height Fully Mechanized Caving Mining in Horizontal Seam

摘要 根据同忻煤矿的开采技术条件及围岩力学参数,应用离散元数值模拟软件UDEC分析了综放采场上覆岩层的运动特征,根据覆岩位移变化规律,确定了覆岩的冒落带高度,并将模拟结果与分层综采理论计算、综放开采理论计算结果以及实测资料对比,结果表明模拟结果与综放开采理论计算结果以及实测结果相互印证,分层综采理论计算结果则偏差较大,说明原有分层综采理论计算公式已经不再适用于综放开采,而利用数值模拟的方法确定综放面覆岩冒落带高度是一种可行的方法。 According to Tongxin Coal Mine mining technological conditions and surrounding rock mechanics parameters, the motion characteristics of the overburden at fully mechanized caving face were analyzed by discrete element numerical simulation software UDEC. The height of caving zone was determined based on the overburden's displacement change law. Comparing the simulation results with the theoretical calculation of fully mechanized slicing method and fully mechanized caving mining and measured data, the results indicates that the simulation results match with fully mechanized caving mining theoretical calculation and measured data. While the deviation compared with fully mechanized slicing method is fairly large, which explains that the original theoretical calculation formula is no longer applicable to fully mechanized caving mining, and using numerical simulation method to determine the height of caving zone is one of feasible methods.
