两种麻醉方法在腹腔镜直肠癌根治术中的对比分析 被引量:14

摘要 目的探讨全身麻醉复合硬膜外麻醉对腹腔镜直肠癌手术患者的临床效果。方法将52例ASAI^II级的直肠癌患者随机分为全身麻醉复合硬膜外麻醉(实验组)和全身麻醉(对照组)各26例,在实施相应的麻醉后行腹腔镜下直肠癌切除术。观察患者术中血流动力学、呼吸功能、苏醒时间及苏醒质量评价。结果两组患者气道压(Paw),呼气末CO2分压(PETCO2)均升高;实验组术中血流动力学较对照组平稳;实验组苏醒时间及苏醒质量优于对照组。结论在腹腔镜直肠癌切除术中使用全身麻醉复合硬膜外麻醉,患者多项生命体征平稳,苏醒时间短,苏醒质量好。 Objective To investigate the clinical effects of general anesthesia combined with ep^dural anes- thesia in patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer resection. Methods Fifty-two co[orecta[ cancer patients with ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ stage were randomly divided into two groups. Twenty-six cases were carried out general anesthesia only, and the other 26 cases were implemented epidural anesthesia plus general anesthesia. In the implementation of appropriate anesthesia, the patients were operated laparoscopic colorectal cancer resection. The hemodynamic, respiratory function, recovery time and wake quality evaluation of patients were observed and assessed. Results The airway pressure (Paw), end-tidal CO2 partial pressure (PETCO2) of patients in two groups were elevated. The intraoperative hemodynamics of experimental group was more stable than the control group, and the recovery time and wake quality of experimental group were superior to those in the control group. Conclusion It could make the patients various vital signs stable, recovery time short, and wake quality good for general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia used in laparoscopic colorectal cancer resection.
