经皮肾镜取石术中肾盂灌注压与术后发生脓毒症的相关性分析 被引量:10

摘要 经皮肾镜取石术(PCNL)是肾结石的首选治疗方法,而脓毒症作为PCNL术后最危险的并发症之一受到了临床医师的广泛关注。术中肾盂高压灌注是术后发生脓毒症的主要危险因素之一。本文就PCNL术中肾盂灌注压与术后发生脓毒症的关系做一综述。 Percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL)is the first treatment for renal calculus.While sepsis,as one of the most dangerous complications,has been wildly concerned by clinical doctors.High renal pelvic infusion pressure is one of the major risk factors causing sepsis.This article summaries the correlation between renal infusion pressure and spesis.
