摘要
根据近年来中西药物相互作用的有关文献,结合医学、药学、中医药学理论与临床工作实践,对中西药物药效学相互作用及机制进行分析、归纳与总结。部分中西药物合用后,疗效增强、不良反应和毒副作用降低、用药量减少、疗程缩短等,显示了合理联用中西药的优越性。
Based on the related literatures of recent years and the theory of medicine, pharmacy and traditional Chinese medicine as well as the clinical practice, the pharmacodynamics drug interaction between traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine was analyzed and summarized. The combination of some Chinese and western medicines have showed the beneficial pharmacodynamic changes, such as increasing curative effect, reducing adverse reaction and toxicity reduction, decreasing dosage and shortening the course of treatment, which presented the superiority of combined use of Chinese and western medicines.
