摘要
通过分析西部民营企业转型时期的跨越式发展特征、多层次转型内涵和后发优势实现路径,对其跨职能诉求内生性、全面转型复杂性和跨职能管理创新性分别予以阐述,在此基础上采用探索性案例研究方法对云南摩尔农庄生物科技开发有限公司的跨职能整合管理进行了研究。研究表明,案例企业实现高效转型发展、创造后发优势的原因在于其系统整合企业内外部管理、资本、品牌、人才、科研、市场资源,成功打造了自身的独特竞争优势,其创新性的"盈利模式创新与转型、市场拓展与运营方式转型、产业链角色与地位转型"多路径跨职能管理和"观念整合、方法整合、模式整合"多维过程后发策略选择,可以为转型时期西部民营企业的跨职能整合管理与后发优势提升提供借鉴。
Through analyzing the leapfrog development characteristics, multi-level transformation connotation and second-mover advantage implementation path in the transformation period of private enterprises in West China, this paper discusses the endogenous cross-functional demands, comprehensive transformation complexity and cross-functional management innovation. On this basis, this paper adopts an exploratory ease study method to study the cross-functional integration management of Yunnan Morre Garden biotechnology development Co., Ltd. The study shows that the efficient transformation development and second-mover advantage creation lie in case enterprise＇s systematic integration of internal and external management, capital, brand, talent, scientific research and market resources, which successfully creates its own unique competi- tive advantage. The innovative multipath cross-functional management in ＂profit model innova- tion and transformation, market development and operation mode transformation, industry chain characters and status transformation＂ and the multidimensional second-mover strategy selection in ＂concept integration, method integration, model integration＂ could provide reference for cross- functional integration management and second-mover advantages improvement to private enterprises in West China during the transitional period.
