摘要
以1/2MS为基本培养基,添加不同质量浓度萘乙酸(NAA)和矮壮素(CCC),研究其对萱草新品种‘无名粉’组培苗生根及移栽的影响。结果表明:在一定范围内,单独使用NAA和CCC时,NAA的整体生根率好于CCC的整体生根率,但单独使用NAA生根的过程中发现,组培苗基部与根连接处易形成大量的愈伤组织,并且根细长脆弱、较易断;而单独使用CCC生根的过程中未见大量的愈伤组织形成,并且生成的根数量多、粗短、韧性强,但其却抑制组培苗的生长,生根率相对较低。对萱草新品种‘无名粉’来说,当配合使用0.4 mg·L-1NAA和0.5mg·L-1CCC时,能显著提高生根率,提高苗的质量,生根试管苗移栽成活率可高达100%。
With 1/2MS culture medium containing dilierent content and hormone combinations of NAA and L.L,L tor tlae rooting culture, we studied the regenerate roots and the transplanting on HemerocaUis ' Nameless Pink'. Within a certain range, the hormone of NAA has a better effect on overall rooting rate than CCC while using NAA and CCC alone, separately. Under hormone of NAA culture, it is easy to form a large number of callus and roots with slender, fragile, and easily broken features; however, under hormone of CCC culture, it is easy to form quantity roots with stubby toughness and without callus formation, but it can make seedling growth suppress lead to a lower root rate. For Hemerocallis ' Nameless Pink' , it can sigrtifieantly improve rooting rate and increase the quality of seedlings when combined with the 0.4 mg/L NAA and 0.5 mg/L CCC, and the transplant survival rate can be as high as 100%.
