摘要
绿色物流作为新兴产业,是助推国民经济可持续发展的重要环节,其发展离不开金融的强力支持。福建省发展绿色物流金融有利于生态文明和两型社会建设,有利于物流和金融两行业的发展,有利于第三产业转型升级和省际竞争力的提高。福建省经济发展的市场可能、绿色物流金融供应链的需求、政策契机、技术支持等为福建省发展绿色物流金融创造了条件。因此,福建省应从营造良好的宏观环境、促进企业转变观念、发挥行业协会的引导作用、加强技术和人才支持等方面推动绿色物流金融的发展。
As a new industry, green logistics is an important part in boosting the sustainable development of national economy and its development needs strong financial support. The development of green logistics finance in Fujian Province is conducive to ecological civilization and the construction of two-orientation society, is conducive to the development of logistics and finance industry, and is con- ducive to the third industry transformation and upgrading and the improvement of interprovincial competitiveness. The market possibility of economic development, the demand of green logistics finance supply chain, policy, technology support and so on provide opportuni- ties for the development of green logistics finance in Fujian Province. Therefore, Fujian Province should develop the green logistics fi- nance by creating the good macroscopic environment, promoting enterprises to change concepts, playing the guiding role of the trade associations, strengthening technical and personnel support and so on.
