摘要
目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)图像后处理技术在经皮肺穿刺活检术中的立体定位与测量方法的可行性.方法:随机从2013年1月~12月来我院行CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检患者中收集100例,随机分成两组,50例使用MSCT图像后处理技术立体定位法与三维标测穿刺针作为研究组,50例使用传统CT横断面定位法与现有穿刺针作为对照组,总结穿刺次数,确诊率,并发症发生率,进行统计比较.结果:研究组的穿刺次数的均数为1.11±0.33次,穿刺诊断准确率98% (49/50),并发症发生率14% (7/50);对照组的穿刺次数均数为4.26±1.86次,穿刺诊断准确率64% (32/50),并发症发生率80% (40/50);两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:MSCT图像后处理技术引导下的立体定位,定位更全面,穿刺更安全,在选择穿刺点与穿刺路径上更科学,提高了肺穿刺的确诊率,降低了并发症的发生率,具有广阔的推广与应用价值.
Purpose:To explore the feasibility of multi-slice spiral CT image post-processing technology in stereotactic percutaneous lung biopsy.Methods:One hundred cases were chosen randomly from the patients who had undergone CT guided lung biopsy from January to December in 2013.They were divided into two groups randomly,50 cases who used multi-slice CT image post-processing technology and three dimensional measuring needle were treated as study group,50 cases who used traditional CT positioning method with the existing needle as control group.The puncture times,diagnosis rate and complication rate were summarized.Results:For the study group,mean puncture times was 1.11 ±0.33,diagnosis accuracy rate was 98% (49/50),and complication rate was 14% (7/50); For the control group,mean puncture times was 4.26 ±1.86 times,diagnosis accuracy rate was 64% (32/50),and complication rate was 80% (40/50).The difference of them between two groups was with statistical significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Multislice spiral CT image post-processing technology can accurately locate the lungs lump,the puncture point and puncture path selection will be more scientific,more comprehensive than traditional CT positioning technology.It will improve the diagnosis rate and reduce the incidence of complications.
