摘要
目的评价SPECT/CT图像融合技术在髋关节置换术后假体松动诊断中的价值。方法行人工髋关节翻修术患者45例(45髋),术前均行SPECT/CT检查,观察SPECT/CT术前诊断假体松动的敏感性、特异性、准确性。结果SPECT/CT图像融合技术诊断髋关节置换术后假体松动的敏感性为91.9%(34/37),特异性为37.5%(3/8),符合率为82.2%(37/45)。结论 SPECT/CT图像融合技术可作为髋关节置换术后假体松动诊断的重要影像学依据。
Objective To evaluate the value of SPECT/CT to the diagnosis of prosthesis looseness after total hip replacement. Methods Forty-five patients with revision hiparthroplasty （45 hips） underwent SPECT/CT before operation to observe the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of SPECT/CT for diagnosing prosthesis looseness. Results The sensitivity, specificity and coincidence of SPECT/CT for diagnosing prosthesis looseness were 91. 9% （34/37）, 37.5% （3/8） and 82.2% （37/45）. Conclusions SPECT/CT can be used as an important method to diagnose prosthesis looseness after total hip replacement.
