摘要
通过分析舰艇编队作战任务与作战资源的匹配性,确定完成任务最优匹配的作战资源使用方案,以此为基础,通过最优方案完成子任务性能与完成子任务最优性能的对比分析,确定需要提升的能力指标及其提升程度,实现能力需求分析。提出的任务-能力匹配方法操作简单,通用性强,为舰艇编队能力需求分析提供一种新的思路和方法。
Through the analysis on combat missions and operational resources matching of warship formation,operational resources which needed to complete the combat mission optimal matching using scheme are determined.The optimal solution is used to complete the subtasks optimal performance of the comparison and analysis,to obtain complete combat missions needing to increase capacity index and its degree of ascension,to realize warship formation capability requirements analysis.The optimal matching method based on task-capability has the characteristics of simple operation and strong commonality,is a new thought and method on warship formation capability requirements analysis.
