摘要
癌症生物治疗是借助分子生物学技术和细胞工程技术,提高癌症的免疫原性,激发和增强机体抗瘤免疫应答,提高癌症对机体抗癌症免疫效应的敏感性,增强放化疗耐受性,减少放化疗毒副作用。笔者阐述了我国肾癌的生物免疫治疗的现状,供临床参考。
The cancer biological treatment is based on Molecular Biology technology and cell engineering technology,improve the immunogenicity of cancer,excitation and enhance the body antitumor immune response,increase sensitivity of cancer on the body anticancer immune effect,strengthen the Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy tolerance,reduce the toxic and side effect.This paper go into detail the current situation of Biological immunotherapy for renal carcinoma in China,for clinical reference.
