摘要
目的对2009-2012年新疆生产建设兵团(以下简称兵团)团场卫生人才队伍变化趋势进行分析,提出兵团团场卫生人才队伍管理的政策建议。方法:利用兵团卫生事业发展报告和兵团统计年鉴,采用典型抽样方法选取3个师进行卫生人力调查。结果:执业(助理)医师、注册护士、千人口执业(助理)医师、千人口护士数分别增长0.33%、20.14%、4.35%、25.32%,大专学历者达到51.67%,年均增长0.19%,中级职称占27.95%,年均增长-0.34%,临床医学专业人数大幅降低,千人口全科医生和公共卫生医师分别为0.65、0.41人。结论:团场卫生人力增长缓慢,医生流失率高。全科医生和公共卫生人员不足。
Objective To analyze the change trend of health professionals in farms of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps from 2009 to 2012, and put forward policy proposals on management of health human resource. Methods Based on the Reports on the Development of Corps Healthcare and the Corps Statistical Yearbook, three divisions were selected by typical sampling and surveyed in health professionals. Results The growing percentages of licensed (assistant) physicians, registered nurses, number of physicians per thousand people,and number of nurses per thousand people were 0.33% ,20.14% ,4.35% and 25.32% respec tively. People had the education background of junior college accounted for 51.67%, with an average annual growth rate of 0. 19%. People with intermediate professional title accounted for 27.95% ,with an annual increase of 0.34%. The number of profes sionals with education background of clinical medicine significantly reduced, in which the number of general practitioners and pub lic health physicians per thousand people was 0.65 and 0.41 respectively. Conclusion The health professionals of the farm grow slowly with high percentage of clinician lost. And the general practitioners and public heahhcare professionals are insufficient.
