摘要
目的观察丹参酮ⅡA对心血管疾病患者心血管功能及血流动力学指标的影响。方法将2011年6月至2012年5月心血管疾病确诊患者120例分为治疗组（60例）和对照组（60例），两组均给予相应的常规治疗，治疗组加用丹参酮ⅡA治疗，观察两组患者治疗前后心率、血压、心功能指标和血流动力学指标等参数变化。结果治疗组患者心率、血压、心功能指标和血流动力学指标的改善情况优于对照组，两组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论丹参酮ⅡA能够有效保护心血管功能、增加心肌收缩力、降低血液黏稠度，效果显著，具有较好的临床应用价值。
Objective To observe the pharmacological activities and clinical effect of Tanshinone H A on cardiovascular. Methods During June 2011 to May 2012,120 cardiovascular patients were diveded into treatment group and control group. Patients in both group were given corresponding regular treatment. Meanwhile, patients in treatment group were added Tansbinone Ⅱ A treatment. Before and after treatment,patients in the two groups were observed the changes of heart rat, blood pressure, cardiac ruction and hemodynamics indexs. Results Compared with control group,indexs of patients in the treatment group improved even more significantly after treatment. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Tanshinone Ⅱ A cloud effective protect cardiovascular function,strength myocardial contractility and lower blood viscosity,which has a good value in clinical application.
