摘要
采用聚丙烯球形HA催化剂进行丙烯聚合,利用本体聚合法研究了HA催化剂的立构定向性及氢调敏感性,考察了聚合条件对聚丙烯的等规指数及熔体流动指数的影响,并用13C NMR技术对聚丙烯的立构规整性进行了表征。实验结果表明,HA催化剂具有较高的立构定向性,可在不加外给电子体的情况下,得到等规指数高于96.5%的聚丙烯;加入外给电子体和适当提高聚合温度均有利于提高聚合物的等规指数;在聚合加氢量较高时,采用HA催化剂所得聚丙烯的等规指数和熔体流动指数均明显高于DQ催化剂。
The polymerization of propylene was carried out with the spherical HA catalyst, The stereospecificity and hydrogen sensitivity of the HA catalyst in the bulk polymerization of propylene were investigated. Specifically, the influences of polymerization conditions on the isotactic index and melt index of the polymers were studied and the polymers were characterized by means of ^13C NMR. The results showed that, the HA catalyst had high stereospecificity and the isotactic index of the polymers was more than 96.5% without external donor; the isotactic index of the polymers could be improved by adding external donors or increasing polymerization temperature. The isotactic index and melt index of the polymers obtained with the HA catalyst were obviously higher than those of polymers obtained with DQ catalyst under high hydrogen concentration.
