摘要
目的评价奥美拉唑联合复方丹参滴丸治疗老年溃疡的疗效。方法计算机检索中国期刊库、万方数据库、维普数据库中关于奥美拉唑联合复方丹参滴丸治疗老年溃疡的随机对照试验,对符合标准的随机对照试验进行Meta分析。结果最终有9篇文献纳入研究,Meta分析表明,治疗相同时间后治愈率试验组疗效优于对照组,总效应Z=5.97(P<0.00 001),OR及其95%可信区间OR=3.62,95%,CI:2.37,5.51,在控制疼痛方面,其中5项研究对Meta分析显示控制疼痛试验组亦显著优于对照组,总效应Z=4.46(P<0.00 001),OR及其95%可信区间OR=2.98,95%,CI:1.84,4.81。结论奥美拉唑联合复方丹参滴丸治疗老年溃疡疗效明显,值得推广。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of Compound Dashen dripping pills with omeprazole in treating gastric ulcer in aged patient. Methods We conducted Meta-analysis by the randomized controlled trails（ RCT） for patients with Compound Dashen Dripping Pills with omeprazole in treating gastric ulcer in aged patient from CNKI database,Wan Fang medicine database,VIP full- text data base and Medline. Results There were 9 trials. After some time treatment,Meta-analysis indicated that the curative effect of combination therapy was better than that of regular group in treating gastric Ulcer in aged patient. The total effect was Z =5. 97（ P〈0. 00 001）,and the total effect of therapy group was better than that of control group[OR = OR =3. 62,95% CI： 2. 37,5. 51. Eight items showed that the curative efficiency and significant efficiency in the improvement of electrocardiogram were dramatically better than that of control group,and the total effect was Z =4. 46（ P〈0. 00 001）,and the total effect of therapy group was better than that of control group controling pain OR =2. 53,95% CI（ 1. 59,4. 04）. Conclusion This Meta-analysis showed that the treatment of Compound Dashen Dripping pills with omeprazole in gastric ulcer in aged patient can obviously improve symptoms and effectively control pain.
