渭河流域浮游动物的群落结构及其与环境因子的关系 被引量:64

Community structure and relationship with environmental factors in zooplankton in Weihe River basin,Northwest China

摘要 以黄河最大支流——渭河流域为研究对象,于2012年9—10月对整个流域内60个采样点的浮游动物群落结构和水环境理化特征进行了调查。结果表明:该流域浮游动物种类有35属76种,浮游动物密度为0~198.6 ind./L,平均为29.6 ind./L,生物量为0~0.604 mg/L,平均为0.035 mg/L;不同水域的浮游动物总密度和总生物量依次均为渭河(901.75 ind./L、1.021 8 mg/L)>北洛河(750.05 ind./L、0.915 6mg/L)>泾河(126.15 ind./L、0.145 3 mg/L),渭河流域浮游动物群落结构存在明显的空间异质性。典范对应分析(CCA)结果显示,驱动渭河流域浮游动物群落结构形成的水环境因子为水温、饱和度、流量和pH。研究表明,渭河流域水质处于轻度污染,浮游动物群落结构较简单。 The community structure of zooplankton and characteristics of environment were investigated in 60 sampling sites in the Weihe River basin,as the largest tributary of the Yellow River,Northwest China,in September and October of 2012.It was found that there were 76 zooplankton species belonging to 35 genera,with density of0-198.6 ind./L,an average 29.6 ind./L,and biomass of 0-0.604 mg/L,an average biomass of 0.035 mg/L.The density and biomass of zooplankton in different water areas were arranged as Weihe River( 901.75 ind./L,1.021 8 mg/L) Beiluohe River( 750.05 ind./L,0.915 6 mg/L) Jinghe River( 126.15 ind./L,0.145 3mg/L),indicating that there was significant difference in the zooplankton community structure in Weihe River.The canonical correspondence analysis indicated that the community structure of zooplankton in Weihe River basin was primarily affected by the water environment including temperature,degree of saturation,discharge and pH.The water in Weihe River was found to be slightly polluted,and a simple zooplankton community structure.
