促凝压蒸技术快速测定砼强度关系式的建立及验证

摘要 在对试验所得的 96组数据分析的基础上 ,建立了砼和砂浆之间的强度关系式并验证了其回归精度 ,结果满足标准要求 .在工程施工中 ,采用促凝压蒸技术首先测得快硬砂浆强度 ,再通过已建立的强度关系式快速测定砼的强度 ,从而可以预测和控制砼质量 。 Based on the analysis of the 96 groups test data,the strength relationship equation between concrete and mortar are e stablished,and its regressive precision are verified to meet the standard requirement.During the enginee ring construction,the strength value of the rapidly hardened mortar is measured first by the accelerated autoclave test.Then,the concrete strength is rapidl y predicted by the strength relationship equation,Consequently,the concrete qu a lity can be predicted and controlled.Finally,several key problems in t he test are summarized.
