摘要
在英国步入“福利国家”的历史进程中 ,各项社会立法的提出、确立、不断完善是其主要途径之一。其中 ,英国十九世纪的几项社会立法无疑处于这一社会立法轨迹中的起始阶段 ,有其不容否认的渊源关系 ,对其研究具有重要理论价值和现实意义。
In the course of Britains entering 'welfare state', a variety of laws were proposed, established and improved. Especially, the laws in the 19 th century were inevitably in a leading position in the track of the social legislation. Thus, researches into the British social legislation in the 19 th century have its own important theoretical and practical significance.
