达芬奇机器人腹腔镜技术在泌尿外科手术中的应用 被引量：8

摘要 目的探讨达芬奇机器人腹腔镜技术在泌尿外科手术中的疗效与应用价值。方法回顾分析达芬奇机器人腹腔镜手术100例,并分析患者临床资料及手术效果等。结果 100例患者中,仅1例机器人保留肾单位肾部分切除(NSS)术改为开放手术,其余均顺利完成,成功率99.00%。患者术中出血量30~300 m L,术后无严重并发症,均顺利出院;术后随访1~9个月,无复发或转移等。结论达芬奇机器人腹腔镜手术,解剖层次更为清晰,分离缝合更加精细;且安全、可靠,临床疗效满意。
