摘要
目的调查分析某三级甲等医院不同岗位级别护士的培训需求。方法自行设计调查问卷,对350名来自不同科室、不同级别的临床护士进行培训需求调查。结果护士群体对当前工作及个人发展的培训需求得分相近,而当前水平自我评价得分相对较低。不同级别护士在以上调查项目得分的比较中,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士群体当前培训水平普遍偏低,培训需求较大,且不同级别护士对培训需求的侧重点不同,需针对性地进行培训。
Objective To analyze the training needs of different ranked clinical nurses in a 3-A hospital. Methods The self-designed questionnaires were used to collect data from 350 clinical nurses from different departments with different levels. Results The scores of current work and personal development training needs of the nurses were similar,but the scores of their current self evaluation were lower.The differences of the three projects between different levels were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The current level of nurse group is generally low,and the training needs are necessary. The focuses of training needs are different,and the nurses should be trained by individual methods.
