摘要
热作模具钢的热疲劳性能近几十年来受到了人们极大的关注,但热疲劳性能的测试至今国内外还没有规范的标准方法。本文选择了五种不同冶炼工艺和成分微调的5CrNiMo型热模钢,加工成板状试样,对试样形状,加热速度、温度,加热和冷却时间,以及热裂纹测量位置等几个因素进行了研究。明确了各因素对热疲劳性能以及对试样氧化程度、塑性变形的影响,掌握了实现单根热疲劳裂纹的规律。本研究提出的热疲劳性能的测试方法,简便准确,灵敏度高。
In this paper we selected five type of 5CrNiMo steels which are differentfrom steelmaking or micro-composition and process them as plate specimens. Itis researched that the elements such as the heating rate, the cooling time, uppertemperature of cycles and the position for measuring the thermal-fatigue cracksin the specimens are how to influence the results of experiments as well as theoxidization and plastic deformation of the specimens. The method gained in thispaper is sensitive and accurate for measuring the thermal-fatigue property ofdie steels.
