摘要
采用丙烯酸类与苯乙烯半连续乳液共聚为种子 ,半连续加入醋酸乙烯核壳聚合工艺 ,合成聚苯乙烯 丙烯酸类为核 ,聚醋酸乙烯为壳的功能性核壳乳液 ,改善乳液对植物纤维、淀粉的粘接性能 ,消除残余丙烯酸类和醋酸乙烯单体含量 ,合成一系列特定结构与性能的乳液 ,通过模拟可降解快餐盒生产工艺 ,测定涂料使用性能 。
This paper researches the technology that the emulsion coating is polymerized, which is designed for the single use and degradable lunch container. For this purpose of polymerizing ACR resin and other monomer, the emulsion polymerization and the structure of emulsion particle (core shell) have been designed. A series of emulsion with constructed particles and special performance have been polymerized and their function for use have been determined. P(ST BA)/PVAc core shell emulsion is polymerized and the remaining minor monomer is decreased to some extent, which is better for the adhesion to plant fiber or starch. The smell of six kinds of monomer is tested by people,and it is used in the design and polymerization.
