摘要
职业技能开发是提高劳动者素质的重要途径。为此,要大力开展职业技能培训,通过职业技能鉴定手段测评培训质量和效果,有效地实现人力资源向智力资源转化。
In this paper,the author analyzes th e present status of laborers quality in our country,and takes the laborers quality improvement as an important task of promoting the econ omic development and accelerating modernization construction process of our country.The way to improve th e laborer' s quality must be devoting major efforts to developing vocatio nal training.On the other hand,we mu st use vocational skill appraisal me thod to inspect the training quality and eff ect.It could develop the human resou rces and turn it into intelligence re-sources,and further turn into the ad vanced productive force.
