摘要
可编程控制器广泛应用于数控机床等工业控制中,本文主要介绍了可编程控制器的工作原理、功能以及与数控机床外部设备之间的信息交换,并以我院设计的CK160数控车床为例说明其应用。
Programmable Logic Controller is widely used in industrial control, such as CNC machine tool etc. This paper introduces the principle and the function of the Programmable Logic Controller, introduces information exchange with outer devices of CNC machine tool and illustrates its application in the CK160 CNC lathe of our institute.
