新型改性废旧聚苯乙烯高效水泥减水剂的研究(Ⅱ)——SPS高效减水剂的工艺条件研究 被引量:3

摘要 文章研究了SPS高效减水剂在生产和使用过程中的工艺条件。主要考察了磺化度、中和用碱、搅拌时问、掺加方法、掺量、蒸养等性能参数,找到了SPS高效减水剂适于大多数水泥的最佳生产和使用工艺条件。 Processing conditions on production and application of SPS high range water reducing agent are studied, performance parameters are involved in sulfonated degree, alkali for neutralization, mixing time, adding method, filling quantity steam curing and son on. The optimized production and processing conditions on SPS high range water reducing agent fitting for most cements are found.
