摘要
根据某大型叶轮机械在线监测诊断系统的具体情况,综合应用频谱分析、带通滤波等方法,从实测振动信号中精确计算了主轴转速的大小,做到高速、低速及变速过程中的计算精度均高于95%.详细给出了巴特沃斯最平带通滤波器的编程算法.
Based on the situation of some online monitoring and diagnosing system for turbomachinery, this paper uses frequency spectrum of analysis and band-pass filter to calculate the shaft's rotative velocity from the vibration signals collected on site. The calculation precision in high or low speed and verible speed process are higher than 95%. This paper gives the Batvos band-pass filter's algorithm.
