摘要
目的研究中药复方制剂生精灵胶囊补肾生精作用。方法将SD雄性大鼠40只摘除双侧睾丸,雄性小鼠40只复制阳虚模型;幼年雄性大鼠30只,雌性大鼠60只,观察其生精子能力及雌鼠妊娠率。各组均给以生精灵胶囊,观察其药效作用并与对照组比较。结果生精灵胶囊能显著升高去势大鼠血清睾酮水平(P<0.05、P<0.01),明显增加大鼠附性腺器官包皮腺、精液囊+前列腺指数(P<0.05、P<0.01);对血清孕酮、促卵泡生成素水平无影响;能明显延长阳虚小鼠耐疲劳游泳时间(P<0.05、P<0.01);光镜下可见生精灵胶囊低剂量组、高剂量组均能使幼年大鼠睾丸曲细精管内精子数目明显增多于正常对照组,并使雌性大鼠妊娠率显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05、P<0.01)。结论生精灵胶囊具有升高去势大鼠血清睾酮水平,增加附性腺器官指数,提高幼年雄性大鼠睾丸精子数量和雌性大鼠妊娠率的作用。
Objective: To study the effect of Shengjingling capsule (SC), a compound preparation of traditional Chinese medicine, in tonifying kidney to promote spermatogenesis. Methods: Bilateral testes of 40 male SD rats were extirpated and yang-deficiency model was established in 40 female mice. Testicular spermatogenesis in 30 young male rats and pregnancy rate in 60 female rats were observed. All the experimental groups were given SC and the effects were compared with that in the control group. Results: SC can markedly raise the serum testosterone level in the orchiectomized rats (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01), increase the indices of the accessory sex glands (preputial glands, seminal vesicle and prostate gland) and prolong the fatigue-tolerant swimming time (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). However, it had no effect on the serum progesterone and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH). Sperm number in convoluted seminiferous tubule of young male rats treated with high dosage and low dosage of SC was more and the pregnancy rate in female rats was higher than that in the normal control group (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). Conclusion: SC had the action of tonifying kidney to promote Spermatogenesis and this will supply a reliable evidence for SC in treating infertility caused by spermacrasia or asthenospermia.
