摘要
采用气相色谱法毛细管色谱柱分离、电子捕获检测器检测土壤中残留的六六六和滴滴涕含量。取风干过筛的土壤样品 ,用丙酮、石油醚 (1∶1)浸泡 ,超声波提取 ,浸泡液经浓硫酸净化后进样测定。当土壤样品取样量为 10g时 ,方法检测限α -六六六、γ -六六六为 0 0 0 1mg/kg ,β -六六六、δ -六六六、op′ -DDT和 pp′ -DDT为 0 0 0 4mg/kg ,pp′ -DDE、pp′ -DDD为 0 0 0 2mg/kg。加标回收率在 77%~ 10 0 %之间 ,相对标准偏差为 2 5 %~ 8 5 %。方法简便。
Residual BHC and DDT in soil was detected with separated by capillary GC and traced by electronic capture detector. For sample of 10g weight, the detection limit was 0.001mg/kg for α-BHC andγ-BHC, 0.004mg/kg for β-BHC, δ-BHC, op′-DDT and pp′-DDT, 0.002mg/kg for pp'-DDE and pp'-DDD.Sample recovery rate was 77%~100%, relative standard deviation was 2.5%~8.5%.
