摘要
采用挤压技术开发了一种带状镁基牺牲阳极产品 ,已经投入市场。镁带阳极特殊的形状和性能使其在阴极保护工程中有独特的应用。这些应用包括 :长输管道、穿越管段、大型贮罐罐底。
Magnesium ribbon sacrificial anode is fabricated by special extrusion process. Comparing with traditional ingot anode, the unique shape and flexibility of the new type anode can effectively improve the distribution of protection current and potential of cathodic protection system. It can be applied for the protection of long distance pipelines, underground pipe sections crossing the road and external bottom of storage tank. It can also be used as earth bar and temporary anode in a composite anode system.
