摘要
介绍了开放式运动控制器PMAC的结构及原理 ,并将此控制器作为实验磨床的数控系统 .阐述了椭圆形零件的磨削原理和PMAC的时基触发控制功能 ,建立了椭圆形零件的数学模型并编制了其磨削程序 。
In this paper,the structure and principle of PMAC open movement controller is presented.This controller is applied to number control system for the exerimental grinder.Grinding principle of ellipse parts and the triggered time base function are described.We have established the mathematical mode and complied grinding program of ellipse parts.Through this method,the precise grinding machining of ellipse parts has been achieved.
