摘要
经瞳孔温热疗法 (transpupillary therm otherapy,TTT)采用 810 nm激光 ,治疗后极部多种体积较小的脉络膜视网膜肿瘤。近年来 ,人们摒弃了治疗时视网膜上需产生不同程度可见光斑的传统光凝治疗观念 ,TTT试图以不产生可见反应或仅见轻微颜色反应来治疗脉络膜新生血管膜。
Transpupillary thermotherapy(TTT) uses 810nm near infrared radiation delivered through the dilated pupil to the tumor. Recently,the concept of conventional laser photocoagulation has changed, TTT may created an subclinical but generrating an effective response while maximizing collated tissue preservation.This review is focused on the advancement of TTT used in choroid nevascular vessel .
