摘要
PLC是一种基于工控机的自动控制装置,所有的内部逻辑通过其内部软件实现,以提高控制系统的可靠性和可诊断性。埕北油田B平台锅炉控制系统改造为PLC控制后,原系统存在的无法正常启动、无故障自动停机、程控器走时不准和停机后无法热启动等问题得到了彻底解决。
Boiler control system at Chengbei-B platform is a complex logical control system, which is controlled by a program controller drove by a step-motor and composed by general purpose relays, timing relays, temperature switches, pressure switches, limit switches and some other protection elements. Since it has been used for more than fifteen years, the system usually appeared some faults such as could not start up normally, automatically stop without any fault report, the program control system based on industrial computer and the logic is realized by internal programming language. The reliability and diagnosis of the PLC system are improved effectively. After the boiler control system is improved by means of a PLC system, the faults are solved absolutely. .
