摘要
指出信息时代的学报编辑不应只停留在对文章进行编辑、加工等最基本、最常规的工作 ,而应在占有大量社会前沿信息的基础上 ,提高分析、筛选、组织有用信息的能力 .
In the information age, collegiate journal editors are not only to do the work such as editing,processing and so on,but also to analyze,select and organize useful information based on acquiring lots of social up to date information. Summing up the way for journal editors to acquire social up to date information,the paper discusses the concrete expression for journal editors to develop their subjective initiative.
