摘要
技术创新存在自主创新和模仿创新两种模式,而金融体系也可以划分为“基于关系的体系”(以银行为中心)和“基于法律的体系(保持距离型)”(以证券市场为中心)两种类型,分析表明,技术创新与金融支持两者互动,各有其优缺点,本文分析这一关系并给出我国技术创新发展的相关建议。
The technological innovation has two models-- - autonomous innovation and imitation innovation.Financial system can be divided into two financial systems -- - 'Relationship-Based System'and'Law-Based System'.The analysis shows that the technological innovation and financial support influence each other and each has its own merits and shortcomings.Finally,the authors make some suggestions on the development of technological innovation in China.
