摘要 以契约经济学理论为依据,讨论了物流系统的4种治理模式,即多边治理、三边治理、双边治理和单边治理。分析了每种治理模式的适用条件及其优缺点,并分析了中国物流治理模式现状。认为各种不同的物流治理模式共存是中国物流市场自然发展和选择的结果,第三方物流和一体化物流都有其存在的客观条件。上海华联超市自办配送而不是依赖于第三方配送,海尔作为制造企业也开展第三方物流等现象正是对这一结论的阐释,也是符合中国物流市场发展规律的,建议中国各级政府对物流的推动和导向应该尊重现实。 This paper, based on theories of contract economics, discusses four logistics governance models, namely multilateral, trilateral, bilateral and unilateral governances. The applicable prerequisites, advantages and disadvantages of each governance mode are explicitly analysed. After taking a closer look into the current status of Chinese logistics governance, the author has the following conclusions: the current co-existence of all logistics governance models is the natural result of China's logistics market development, not only third party or multilateral, but also integrated or unilateral logistics governance models are all fit for the current Chinese logistics development requirements, therefore, such are understandable cases which are following the right track of Chinese logistics market development and are good explanations to the theories provided in the paper as that Shanghai Hualian Supermarkets Co. Ltd. relies on its own to manage distribution service rather than on 3rd party and Qindao Haier Co. Ltd., as a manufacturer, provides third party logistics services not only to the corporation itself but to any other company. It is suggested that Chinese governments of all levels facilitate the development of logistics industry in accordance with the real requirements and status quo of the industry.
