本文介绍了特种反光印花专用粘合剂 RA-801的合成,比较了各种粘合剂对反射体粘结牢度的情况。通过测试,讨论了印花筛网目数、色浆中着色剂用量、反射体用量、不同基布以及织物的各种物理性能对反射性能的影响。
The paper describes the synthetic process of the adhesive RA-801 which is specifically used for light-reflective printing process. Comparison for the binding capability on light-reflective object with various adhesives is made. The paper also discusses various factors which influences light-reflective effect, such as screen mesh size, the amount of pigment In colour paste, amount of light-reflective substance used, kind of substrate, etc.
